As we approach the Dog Days of August, Three-Fifths Magazine asks these critical questions about one quite ambiguous phenomenon that has dogged marginalized communities of color by uniquely employing the psychological warfare of Microaggressions. What are Microaggressions? Who do they affect? Have you ever been affected by them or noticed their results? Finally, what can we do about them?
This is an opportunity to delve into this significant topic. How do the thousand cuts of Microaggressions perpetuate systemic bias, racism, and white supremacy? More importantly, how can each of us, as communities of color, allies, and advocates, contribute to bending the arc of the moral universe toward justice in this area?

Three-Fifths 
My theme for August is the ongoing experiencing of the multiple fatal stabbing wounds that gushing with the blood, sweat, tears and the suffering of the pain from myself and my progenitors who wailed by the whips of violence from the slave masters. Racist man and Racist woman continues the torturing in the form of direct and indirect violence through the subjugation, domination, mistreatment based on the fact that I am not white.
I am still not seen as a person or a male, but a thing to be caged and beaten, raped, abused and only seen as a criminal, thief, rapist, and portrayed as evil dark creatures in horror films and characterizations as monkeys, apes and gorillas by the actions of the people who practice racism in the form of white supremacy.
They still relish on the harm and acts against humanity that they commit day-in and day-out as they pretend they are trying to help the people who they have imprison for millennia or more no one really knows when the local and global government of white supremacy (Racism) came online.
They, the racists (white supremacists) have such contempt against the people whom they still have enslaved in the modern times of the 21st. Century for being that they are not white!
Racists (white supremacists) subjugate, mistreat and dominate their victims 24 /7 local and global, so it is more than just systemic. It is the operating system of the so called west hemisphere and the modern world which is not civilized nor is it a civilization. They’re cries of people of colour all around the world, are drowning out by the sound bits and notifications from instant messaging, as they drowned out my cries and the suffering in the fear from the violence from the people who practice racism in the form of white supremacy, as a religion and I was the worlds most biggest business the government called the system of racism (white supremacy).
